n M/s Yantrik Agritech Private Limited (Neelkanth Engineering Works) have started manufacturing the Tractor drawn Two Wheel Tipping Type Trailer in various sizes since January 1989. The Tipping Type Two Wheel Trailer having size: 11’-0” x 6’-0” x 1’-6” is most popular in agriculture & commercial purposes.
n We have started manufacturing of 3 way Tipping Trailer in 2020.
n The 3 wat tipping type trailer should be fabricated from Prime MS materials. The three tyre foundation chassis should be made from MS channel 125x65x65mm.
n The MS plate of 5.0mm thick should be used for bottom of trailer, while MS channel 75x40x40 should be used as support of bottom plate.
n The bearing number 32213 & 32213 to be fitted in Axle assembly. The MS square bar 75.0 mm to be used as an axle of trailer. The wheel rim heavy duty type having size 900 x 16 to be used for fitting of 900 x 16.16 ply tyre.
n The panel door of trailer should be fabricated from MS Channel 75x40x40mm, MS Angle 35x35x5.0mm & MS Sheet 2.0mm.
n The Hydraulic Jack having capacity of 12.0 Ton to be installed in our tipping type trailer.
n The tyre size will be 900 x 16. 16 ply.
n Note: We will give the free service up to three month from the date of purchase. We will give the free replacement for items shown in specification sheet if there is any manufacturing defect. But we will not give the any guarantee in rubber items.
